ARLYS Inc. is a healthcare IT startup in Shinjuku, Tokyo, founded by Naoki Kawamoto, a physician who spent five years as CTO of Carelogy. It starts from two observations: visits lost to charting, and systems that were purchased and then abandoned on the floor. The same team builds medical AI products and supports clinic IT. The stated mission is to bring Japanese healthcare to the front of the field.

Three products are introduced on this site, each as in development. AI voice input turns natural speech, including disease names, drug names, and lab values, into a SOAP chart, with a target of up to 90 percent less charting time. Audio stays in the clinic and is not sent out for model training. The next-generation EHR combines a cloud record with on-premise AI and follows standards such as HL7 FHIR so data is not locked to one vendor. The telemedicine platform is aimed at the specialties named on the site, including aesthetic medicine, AGA, psychiatry, internal medicine, and OB/GYN, and pairs LINE booking, visits, and payment with a dedicated app. Its design premise is Japan's Two-Ministry One-Guideline framework (MHLW, METI, and MIC).

The three products can be discussed separately. A clinic can look at voice input first and keep its current EHR, or start telemedicine on LINE alone. Website and advertising support does not depend on installing a product. SEO covers technical structure and medical content, MEO covers the Google Business Profile, ads cover Google, Yahoo, Meta, and Instagram planning, and measurement covers GA4 and GTM setup.

On information handling, the policy is guideline-aligned cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, a non-training setup when generative AI is used, and separation of patient data from system logs. The detail is the information security policy. For the IT subsidy, ARLYS is preparing vendor registration for fiscal 2026 and does not describe that registration as complete. Eligibility depends on the year and the application category, so the guide and a direct conversation are how the premise is checked.
